PIXORA Finance
PIXORA Finance brings together two separate apps: PIXORA Track for freelancers and self-employed users who want to monitor business finances, and PIXORA Budget for users who want a simpler standalone way to manage personal money.
Two simple finance apps
PIXORA Finance is designed to give users clearer tools for different money needs. Use PIXORA Track to monitor business activity, or choose PIXORA Budget as a separate app for personal spending.
- Track business income and expenses
- Monitor personal spending and habits
- Choose the app that fits your needs
- Keep business and personal finance separate
PIXORA Track
PIXORA Track is being designed as a practical finance app for freelancers and self-employed users who want a clearer overview of business activity without the complexity of larger accounting platforms.
The goal is to provide a straightforward way to manage key figures, track transactions, monitor cash position and review performance with confidence.
Dashboard
The dashboard is designed to give users a quick view of monthly revenue, expenses and net profit, as well as year-to-date revenue, expenses and net profit.
It will also show current cash, amounts due to be paid out and available cash, supported by graphs to make financial performance easier to understand at a glance.
Transactions
Users will be able to add paid transactions and keep a clear history of completed business activity, while also recording future or unpaid transactions and marking them as paid when settled.
Cash Overview
The cash section will show current cash, amounts due to be paid out and available cash. Available cash is intended to reflect cash after liabilities, such as VAT.
This section will also display bank accounts added into the app and their balances.
Profit & Loss and Balance Sheet
Users will be able to review a profit and loss summary for the current month or on a year-to-date basis, alongside a simplified balance sheet view in a clear and accessible format.
Manage and Settings
Users will be able to manage bank accounts, maintain custom categories and adjust key settings such as currency, financial year start, CSV export, year-end close and backups.
PIXORA Budget
PIXORA Budget is designed for anyone who wants to better manage personal finances. It is focused on helping users track everyday spending, monitor habits and gain a clearer understanding of their personal money.
PIXORA Budget is planned as a separate standalone option for users who only want personal finance tools. It will not be included inside PIXORA Track.
Who each app is for
Choose PIXORA Track if you want to monitor business finances, review performance, manage transactions and keep a clearer view of your cash position.
Choose PIXORA Budget if you only want a simpler, lower-cost way to track and understand your personal finances.
Privacy and data storage
PIXORA Finance is intended to store user-entered data locally rather than on PIXORA-managed servers. PIXORA does not hold or store the financial information entered into the app.
Because data is stored locally, users will be responsible for backing up and storing their own data securely on their computer, iCloud, Google Drive or another trusted storage solution.
